19^[[61]] [[Weather very cold today with wind blowing. about -20°C. My cell mate and I onnly take one walk when it is this cold. It is almost impossible to crumble bread for the pigeons at this temp. The hands get numb after a few minutes. One cannot stand still either or the feet get too cold. It is one hour of constant moving. Trying to break in the pipe. Pancakes for supper.
