Will you please to inform me whether I can get a good sober interpreter black yellow or red from the Creek nation say @ $30 to $35. a month and one ration - the US. paying his transportation hither & back again?
I prefer a Creek - Ind. or negro, if sufficiently intelligent & sober - who has no connection or friend in the nation here. Our Mr [[?]] could not resist the bottle & disappointed me sadly.
I should be pleased to hear from you of the content of those who have already migrated.

Very respectfully

Dear Sir,

I have just learned that the poney claimed by [[underlined]] Osanna Hajo [[/underlined]] was procured from T. O. Kennedy [[?]] for him and has not been paid for.

Then the Indian got it. the chief [[Kolsafeseeo? Chopko [[/underlined]] went security for the payment - hence it is necessary that [[underlined]] Osanna Hajo [[/underlined]] should pay or give good security before he can get the poney.

While I get their rights for them, I also insist on their doing right themselves.

Chitto Hajo did not tell me that the poney was unpaid for which was wrong if he knew it

Read this letter to [[underlined]] Osanna Hajo [[/underlined]]

Very Respectully
