5,7,'70 #110 * | Butler John H.  Agent. | Cokesburg, Cecil Co., Md.  May 3d 1870.  States that a good school is taught in the church, at the place, by Miss E.G. Jackson:  that she is not supported by any society, and has received only $10.00 from the people, after three months teaching.

5,7,'70 #111 * | Butler John H.  Agent. | Port Deposit, Cecil Co., Md.  May 2d 1870.  States that a good school is in operation here, but the people negligent in sending their children:  that he addressed a meeting and &c.

5,7,'70 #112 * | Butler John H.  Agent. | Rollinville, Cecil Co., Md.  May 5th 1870.  States that there is a large number of children at this place, but no school house:  that he addressed a meeting and the people will build a house at once if aid can be received, &c.

5.14.70 #113 * | Butler John H.  Agent. | Elkton, Cecil Co., Md.  May 4th 1870.  Reports the school here in good condition.  School taught in basement of church.

5.14.70 #114 * | Butler John H.  Agent. | Chesapeake City, Cecil Co., Md.  May 7th 1870.  States that the teacher has orders to close the school at this place, by the society that support her, as the number of pupils is small, that the house is finished and well furnished.
