States in reply to letter of 11th inst. that the trustees of the Chaptico school hauled up the windows, doors, nails &c. as soon as the lumber was landed:  that after the remainder had laid a year at the wharf, he employed a man to haul it for the trustees, for which the Bureau paid $25.:  that the lumber has not yet been used &c.
