Butler Henry.

States that workmen are engaged on the House and will have all the materials used up within two or three weeks. Requests in behalf of the colored people that there may be sent by the Bureau, per steamer Mary Washington, about 1000 ft. of flooring, six (6) window frames and sash, and one double door frame and if sent, the Committee pledge themselves to finish the building without delay.

States that the Steamer lies at No. 2 "Tobacco Warehouse", Baltimore, and receives freight Tuesdays & Thursdays.
