States that at a meeting held at Plum Point they raised $65.00, and intend to finish their house at once:  that he thinks the houses at Mt. Hope and Mt Zion will be completed by the commencement of the school term:  that at Damascus, Oak Hill, Barnesville, Poolsville, Rockville and Darnestown, the people are expecting material and are all ready to go on with the work [[underlined]]as soon as it is received.[[/underlined]]
