Referring to your endorsement of date September 23d, 1868, forwarding to this office, approved, a communication from Rev. John Kimball, Supt. Education Dist. Col., requesting transportation for Henry A. Monroe, Teacher, from Newburyport Mass. to Jamestown Md., you are respectfully informed that transportation for Henry A. Monroe, from and to the above named points respectively, has already been issued upon an application made by Mrs. Ednah D.
