Relating to the power of trustees to convey certain property in Frederick Co. Md. to be used for school purposes.

States that trustees are vested with certain rights and powers, and charged with certain duties beyond which they cannot go; that trustees merely hold property for the use and benefit of the donator and Cestuy-que-trust; that a deed of this property made by the trustees, diverting it from its original trust, might be good provided the grantor or his heirs joined in the deed, otherwise the Court of Equity upon proper showing might make a decree permitting and authorizing a sale.
