B.128. OSED.C. Vol. 1-1868. Vienna, Dorchester Co. Md. Oct. 27th 1868 Butler, John H. States that the Baltimore Association proposed to send a teacher to this place if the people would pay the board and $10. per month besides; that the people are willing to pay the board but not able to pay the $10. and desire to have the Bureau send them a colored male teacher; that if one is sent [[underlined]] Thos.
