Rev John Kimball

Dear Sir

I am here at the school House here is up closed in and the floor laid windows in. And the House is 30 feet long 22 feet wide and 12 feet pitch Built substancial and will be when finished a tolerable fair House. The Chimney is not up but will be up as soon as the workmen can lay the brick. The people here had their heavy timbers to buy and their land cost $50.00 fifty dollars and heavy timbers and work done including boards and shingles they had to buy to finish up with cost them $112.65 one hundred and twelve dollars and sixty five cents Making in all $162.65. And they have paid 65.65 Ballance they own on their House $97.00. This House will not be ready for school before Spring as it will have to be sealed or plastered before school can be held there in Winter

Respectfully Yours
