Rev John Kimball
Dear Sir

The School House here is progressing slowly the frame is up and the House weather boarded in and the men are getting the sheathing on to shin open the House in and will have it closed in in a few days. The work so far on this House is about the best work on any school House in the County and I do not think that any House will surpass or equal it in strength or neatness

The Carpenters work when completed will cost the trustees one hundred and forty five dollars | $145.00
Hawling lumber | " [[ditto for $]] 56.00
Heavy timbers | 18.27
And other expences | 31,89
[[subtotal]] | $251.16
Paid on Debt | 92.16
Ballance due | $159,00

I have done all I could to have them finish the House as soon as posible

Verry Respectfully your servant
