Dear Sir

I drop you these lines to inform you that the school House at this place is finished except Porch, and looks well with a new large stove that will heat the House the coldest winter's day. The House is a verry creditable one and will compare with any of its size. The people have been looking for a teacher and is verry anxious to have one as soon as you can send them one. 

The cost of their building that they contraced including the land is | $322.00
The cash paid on Debt | 210.00
Ballance not paid | $112.00

I have copied the two deeds as they had to get two  The land being held by two diferent persons and enclose and foward them to you.
