        I take the Present 
Opportunity of writing you 
a few lines [Consirning] the 
Lumber for a school house 
I did not hear you say No
that you would give us the 
Lumber but I heard of your
being at our Place & was [vary]
sorry that I did not get yo
see you but I hear that you 
say if we wold (???)
a lot on which to build a school 
house we have a lot now all
ready & if you (?)have the 
Lumber Please to drop me 
afew lines & I will
