Dear Sir

Circular No. 3 from these Headquarters, April 10th 1869, referring rental accounts from Educational Association to you, renders [[underlined]] unnecessary [[/underlined]] the information heretofore given in "Monthly Report, (blank no 5), of schools, teachers, buildings, etc.," made in accordance with Circular  Letter, Oct. 6th 1868.  Said report is therefore no longer required.  Great care however should be taken in examining the accounting for payments, made on the "schedule report." All statements thereon made should as far as possible be substantiated by personal knowledge, or reliable local authority.
