Dear Sir:
The Commissioner desires that the Educational report for July 1st, be issued as soon as possible thereafter, and not delayed until the end of the Bureau year (Oct 1st).

As the facts will all be in at the close of the school term, and as you will not be delayed by intermediate Headquarters, will you please make your final report for the year, containing both the [[underlined]] monthly tabular, [[/underlined]] and the [[underlined]] narrative [[/underlined]] for the six months ending June 30th, with "facts, incidents &c.," and forward at the earliest possible day after the 30th inst.
