Makes a general statement of the work of the Com. in connection with the Bureau. Thinks the Com. will be able to send a teacher to Helen's Creek by lst Prox.. that [[underlined]] P. J. Locke [[/underlined]] is too sick to teach this winter and that [[underlined]] F. E. Moore [[/underlined]] will not do to send.
