I Enclose your letter from one of our teachers.  Will you please instruct him.  On the first of the month please send me an account of salary due our Maryland teachers.  The amt I will send as you direct - best send it all to you? We will be able, I think to take one or two more of your schools, but find it hard to get good teachers - I will see Basset about it -

Cant you sell our lot in Washington? Do so please -
