Sir:- James Lomas or Lomax, colored, desires to procure a divorce from his wife Frances.

The reasons according to his own statement being that he is living in open adultery,and in the habit of ill treating his lawful wife. She states that her husband has been for some time trying to induce her to procure a divorce from him.

Both parties will be at this office next Saturday, 30th inst., and the case is respectfully referred to you for ^[[insert]] such [[/insert]] action as may be necessary and practicable

The parties live at No. 308. 12th Street bet N. & O.
