Dear Sir,
Will you furnish a good person with proper certificate to teach the Colored School if I will see that such person has a salary of $20.00 per month.  If so, state to me the name of the person, said on the Certificate of fitness by the proper School Examiners, and state how long a time you will pay the other expenses of the school.
