Encloses a letter from Mrs. [[underlined]] Emeline Sullivan, [[/underlined]] St. Clement's Bay, St. Mary's Co. Md., in which she complains that her school house is not weather proof, and states that her health will not permit her to remain, &c. Mrs. J. thinks Miss Sullivan is worthy of a better position, and states that if one can be secured for her they will supply her place with a man. Recd. O.S.E.D.C. 11/20/68.
