Mr Robert R Corson,
Corresponding Secretary
711 Sanson St. Phila

I suppose myself to be a representative of your Society, although I really have rec'd no instructions - from you; according to Mr. Kimball's
letter, and transportation sent me I came to this place; and opened - school today. I have enrolled
twenty-one pupils.

I find the school house quite destitute of school apparatus, blackboard, maps et cetera, the former of which we need very much indeed as such things have always been furnished me by the Society under which I labored I make the inquiry as to how I shall now obtain them; through you or otherwise?
