Sir,

I am directed by the Assist. Commissioner to request you to forward without delay to this office a list of all School houses in the States of West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and in the District of Columbia belonging to this Bureau, and also a list of those who received assistance from this Bureau, stating the names of the Association, Corporate Body, or Board of Trustees holding the title to the land on which the building is located, the amount of assistance received by each in cash payment, or if material, the value thereof. -
