Dear Mr Kimball,

Please send me transportation for [[underlined]] Miss Lizzie B. Howell [[/underlined]] from [[underlined]] Philadelphia [[/underlined]] Pa to [[underlined]] Liberty [[/underlined]] Va.

She promised her mother not to remain in Maryland this winter so is to come home. She will go to Lynchburg or Liberty for us as soon as she returns. With the eight new teachers wanted by us, and these two coming home (Smith & Howell) we are short 10 teachers in Maryland. Can't you find some to go there?

Yours very truly

P.S. Where is Marshall (Wm. F) located? Miss Anderson wants something. Miss Jackson will write you about it.
