States that the three teachers who returned on account of boats not running are anxious to get to their schools. Thinks they should have gone from Washington by stage. States that unless transportation can be furnished them he fears they will have to look for other schools.

States that he has written [[underlined]] E. W. Robinson, [[/underlined]] Secy. Howard University, that they will aid the school he speaks of if recommended by Supt. of Education.
