C 191 O.S.E.D.C. Vol. 1. 1869. Philadelphia, Pa. Jany. 26th 1869. Commission, Pa. Branch F.U. Col. R. R. Corson. Cor. Secy. Inquires where [[underlined]] Locke [[/underlined]] was located last year. States that he thinks two of the three young men will go if they can have transportation to their schools; that the other has found a situation in the city but they have one in his place if he can pass examination. Thinks they were not to blame for returning &c. Requests a list of one or two places where teachers are needed; also a list of some of the Baltimore places, where these young men can be sent. Rec'd.
