Inquires where [[underlined]] Locke [[/underlined]] was located last year. States that he thinks two of the three young men will go if they can have transportation to their schools; that the other has found a situation in the city but they have one in his place if he can pass examination. Thinks they were not to blame for returning &c.

Requests a list of one or two places where teachers are needed; also a list of some of the Baltimore places, where these young men can be sent.
