Dear Mr Kemball:

Miss Howell wrote me she would leave in the boat for Baltimore on Tuesday last & I telegraphed her yesterday at Baltimore & wrote her also to come on here at once. If she turns up as I expect to-day, she is to go to Liberty Va. on Monday next.

I will attend to your a/c—

Truly Yours
