I send you copy of your a/c as I have it showing a balance due you up to Feb 1st. 69. of $274.91

You charged in your last months account To Jan 1st 69. Wm H Fisher from Nov 1st to Jan 1st $40- In your 1st a/c to Dec 1st you have charged his salary for Nov. So with many of the others. - Your first voucher is in full to Dec 1st Your second to Jan 1st. Last month I sent you $372.29 and had not time to look over the account, but now find that Sullivan Douglass, 2 Cummings, Haviland, Smith, Mims, have all been paid their Nov. salary before - 

The books used last year are charged in 1st a/c $5.50, in second account (to Jan 1st.) $5.31
