Philadelphia, Pa.
Feb. 15th 1869.

Commission, Pa. Branch F.U.
Col. R. R. Corson
Cor. Secy.

Is glad to learn that the Balto. Asso. take [[underlined]] Currey [[/underlined]] and [[underlined]] Owens [[/underlined]].

States that the school lately taught by Miss [[underlined]] Howell [[/underlined]] is still open for a teacher: that they will send Miss [[underlined]] Inghram, [[/underlined]] (white) of Erie, Pa. if transportation can be furnished her. Inquires why Miss [[underlined]] M. E. Robinson [[/underlined]] could not be sent there instead of to Va., that if she will go he will promise to take her, making their number of teachers 31 &c. &c.

Rec'd. O.S.E.D.C. 2.16.69.

sideways text transcribed on page 250 We need to transcribe everything we see, even if it is also present on a different document on a different page. I think we should allow the SI staff to decide whether or not it is redundant.
