Mr Kimball,

Dear Sir:

I enclose you Miss Howell's receipt. I hope you will take Miss Inghram, Great Mills. Who owns the Building in which Miss Robinson is to teach? and if we pay the $20, can we draw rent for it the same as the Maryland Buildings? which you know are to be paid for twelve months in the year. I think we had better send in our account with the Bureau monthly. Is there any objection to it? I have the list all made out, and if not, I will send it to you to collect, on receipt of your answer.

Yours truly
Robt. R. Corson

Rent can be paid for this Buil. as well as these in Md. & [[underlined]] will [[/underlined]] be paid if reported quarterly— Lewis [[?]]

Transcription Notes:
I believe it reads Miss Ingram, not Inghram; Miss Robensin, not Robinson. Also, has "Lewis" been verified? Thoughts? -- Beth
