She has been there four weeks, all but a few days, & has done nothing the whole time, because the school-room was not ready & had no chimney nor stove.

Miss Richards has remained in Barnesville on account of the urgent solicitations of the people & their promise to provide for her comfortably, but she was all ready to leave last Saturday.
