States that [[underlined]] Sebastain Payne [[/underlined]] wants to return to Maryland and take a school. Inquires where he can be located.

Requests the names of two or three places where good schools can be gathered. Thinks they can supply them with teachers.

States that they have withdrawn Miss [[underlined]] Hall [[/underlined]] from Chesapeake City but intend to send a teacher there after the holidays.
