I have had no justic here [[?]], neither legal or siveile, but if Capt. A.A. L. would come himself when I sent by the trustee, but instead of that he sent me word to go on with the school. the people said also the certainly would not go any further with such a tail. Though if they would have given me, any kind of trial I would never had to go in prison, & now if I am not baled out, I must wait until March Court. I wrote you letter or one to send you. I order it be sent.  
 
I hope you will write me soon, & I hope also you will not think I would be guilty of such a crime.
