Dear Sir:- 
This is my "well day" in my chill and fever discipline, and I hasten to say in reply to your kind note received this morning, that I will inform you of the time when I can meet you, as you propose. 

Many thanks for your kind wishes. 

I have had a very serious time, I assure you. But I trust that the chill may not reappear to-morrow; and if so, I shall soon get better.
