Sir,

Your explanation in regards to the payment of my transportation money, has a very fare appearance, to one who had a previous knowledge of the Gov't. allowance.  On the day you commissioned me to take charge of the School, I asked you for transportation money, and you told me to pay [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] it myself and you would remit it to me.  At that time you did not state anything about the Gov't. allowances.  I am of the opinion my case is an exception because I paid my own transportation.  Please send the balance of money for salary to my mother as she keeps my money for me and [[strikethrough]] do [[/strikethrough]] please do so until further directions.  I have 96  Schol Scholars
