Dear Sir  There has been a meeting of the Trustees of Bellwood School, since Miss Howell left, and they have come to the conclusion to have an other Teacher. They prefer a colored male Teacher if you can send one right away, if not, a white Lady Teacher  The reason they think they prefer a colored male Teacher they can board him among themselves & think it would come cheaper to them.
