Dear Sir
I would have paid you before. When you was here I told you that [[underlined]] I [[/underlined]] would send you the money: but I had not received any money then; nor my commission. So when my money came they said that thay keep back five dollars, to pay you, I did not know but what you had replyed to the Society for it.
