Dear Sir.
I hope that you will excuse my neglect in writing before this, as my field of labor at St Mary's is very large, and since my arrival, all my time has been devoted strictly to teaching, Sundays as well as during the week. Thus far, I am very much pleased with it. the children are progressing rapidly in their studies, and are very obedient respectful and tidy in their appearance. I have Sixty registered, fifty four of whom attend regular & are always punctual.
