I am the mother of six children and I am very anxious to send them to school but they have no clothes and I am not able to get them any Mr Clark of Marlborough has my papers, my husband died in the army Mr Clark has had my papers ever since last September. I received [[850? $50?]] states bounty last fall, and Mr. Clark promised to attend to my business but I have not heard a word from him, and I wish you would please attend to it for me. you can write to Mr. Clark, please let me hear from you as soon as possible The teacher is here and is very anxious for me to send my children, which I would like very much to do if I could get any clothes for them to wear, my husband's name was Adam Glasgo who died at Fort Mchenry please let me know as soon as possible if you can do any Thing to help me to send them to school.
