States that the colored people are making arrangements to build a school-house and wish to commence work upon it about the middle of August.  Requests to have a plan of house sent, and a statement as to the cost of building.  States that the lot is secured.  Inquires who it shoud be deeded to.

States that his school is advancing rapidly and the people desire to have him continue it without a vacation and he is willing to do so, but if he does have a vacation he intends to go home, and requests to be furnished with transportation both ways.
