Accepts the offer to have her 
salary placed in the Savings Bank.

States that Mr. [[underlined]] Aaron Weems [[/underlined]] (the bearer) has been teaching at Horse Head since Dec.21st ; that he has labored hard and has succeeded in raising a large school, but has been paid only $5.00  Recommends that he be appointed teacher, and paid salary.
