States in reply, that he has been waiting an answer from Mr. [[underlined]] Black [[/underlined]] of Berlin, to whom he had written in relation to opening a school there, but as he does not reply, and as his school at Princess Ann is increasing in numbers, he has concluded to remain; that Mr [[underlined]] McGrath [[/underlined]] wants to know when the Supt. of Education will visit them.
