States, in reply to letter of the 21st inst. that blanks have been delivered to each private school and the teachers promised to forward reports to the Bureau monthly.

Encloses an order on Genl. [[underlined]] Ballock [[/underlined]] for $13, ten dollars of which is to be retained by the Supt. of Education and balance given to Maj. [[underlined]] Vanderlip [[/underlined]].
