          Dear Sir
              In my last report I forgot to mention to you that the schoolhouse was out of repair.  The roof wants shingling as there are only boards laid over one side of it and there ^are^ nine panes of glass broken, which makes the house very cold.  The trustees have been in office going on 3 years and they say the people cannot turn them out.  They are in great disfavor with the majority of the residents.  As they have
