States that Maj. [[underlined]] Swaim [[/underlined]] promised him he should have no further trouble in relation to the school-house, but that Maj. [[underlined]] Brown [[/underlined]] now requires him to make out a statement in detail of every thing furnished for building the house before he can be paid: that he has had trouble enough, and will do no such thing: that the Bureau can take out the furniture, and he shall take possession of the house &c. &c.
