   Yours of yesterday stating that because "there are so many discrepancies" between the reports and rental a/c [[strikethrough]] that [/strikethrough]] you "have not been able to forward them as yet." I cant see how this is if they reported to you as they did to me.  May not the person who is acting for you in Mr Crosby's stead have taken the average attendance of pupils instead of the no. enrolled.  If they did that would account for the discrepancy, for you know all I have to a/c for is the average no. of pupils, and that is found by - if I am right - taking the whole no. of pupils enrolled each mo., and dividing by the no. of mos. taught. A school having 25 or 30 pupils enrolled very seldom has a full attendance but
