My dear Sir
I take this opportunity of addressing a few lines to you not having received any communication since sending my receipt for the $250 paid by the Bureau in aid of the School building at Centreville Md. I am somewhat anxious to know what disposition will be made of the School at that place. I think from a letter received by me from Mrs Lowell that nothing can be depended upon from the New York Asso'n. certainly they can give no definite information "for three months to come" —

The school term was to begin in September — now can you make any arrangement by which the
