You are respectfully informed that, in accordance with a request contained in a letter from your office dated the 16th inst. Bvt. Maj. Genl. D H Rucker, Chief Quartermaster of this Depot, has been directed, if they are no longer required by the Quartermaster Department, to turn over to your Bureau, two Portable Houses (16 x 24 and 12x20 feet) situated at the Sanitary Home on Capitol Hill-
