Yours of 6th inst. received, the Library that belonged to this post has been turned over to "Soldiers House" by order of Maj. Genl. Augur, Comd'g Dept. of Washington, the collection was gotten together for the use of Soldiers and will be sent to the House in a day or two, as soon as the balance can be packed
