Mr Kimbl,
Esteemed Friend,
I applied to the No. W:N. [[best guess]]
they did not need Teachers. The Sec. sent my application to Lt Rhodes who did not seem to favor it. I do not know why. But I expect he has been predjudiced against me, but the some  ^[[of the]]^ party who wronged me.
I know Miss Leobb [[best guess]] caused some of the Pa Friends who were Strangers to me personally to doubt me. Its such an easy thing to do. It take away ones reputation to strangers by [[underlined]] such [/underline]] a report.
