Mr Kimball
Supt of Freedmans Schools

Dear Sir —
Being on the sick list I send my daughter to you for a letter, that will facilitate my plan to get the two young ladies shools in Washington. — They are both very nice girls, and it would be a good thing for the Schools and for them, to get them here (as I think). The Father of one of the ladies, Mr Lawson would like to teach the Freedman also — Have you any place for him? He is a good kind of man - Please
